This enjoyable and instructive 4-hour group class will provide you with a lot of hands on information. The most important aspects of giving birth will feature the class as well as what to expect from the health system in the Netherlands. We can assure you all your questions will be answered! The class is scheduled on Sunday October 15, from 1 to 5 PM. The childbirth educator of this group class is Lisa Meijer. Location is Midwifery Center Onder de Linde, Koninginneweg 113 (corner of the Wagenweg) in Haarlem. Parking facilities are widely available and free of charge. The costs for this group class are 160 euro per couple (including 21% VAT).
"Mijn partner stond er nogal sceptisch in en ook zijn vrienden vonden het hilarisch, een 'pufcursus'. Door de cursus was hij echter mega goed voorbereid op de bevalling en nu zegt ie tegen iedereen die een baby krijgt dat het echt een must is een bevalcursus te volgen. Hij had vooraf echt een vertekend beeld (pufcursus), maar vooral het informatieve stuk wat elke les aan bod kwam, heeft hem enorm geholpen om relaxt de bevalling in te gaan, waardoor hij mij ook goed kon ondersteunen."
