The journey from the womb to the world is an important one for both you and your baby. Let’s prepare for this journey in the best possible way!
This Prenatal Preparation for Couples includes a 3-hour group class, instructional audio materials for various breathing techniques, and a live, online follow-up session approximately three weeks after the class. The combination of these three components will provide both of you with an excellent foundation for the birth of your baby.
The group class will take place on Friday, May 16, from 6:30 to 9:30 PM (18:30 – 21:30 uur).
The cost for the Prenatal Preparation package is €200, and the location is Praktijk Onder de Linde, Wilhelminastraat 40 in Haarlem.
